Single Point of Contact for IT from internal customers
Analyses and solves IT requests from the clients related to software and hardware issues while ensuring minimal impact on their activity and within the agreed SLAs and business priorities.
Participates in network improvement and maintenance tasks.
Handles the escalation and tracking process of the issues raised
To feed the IT topicsnews in the internal communication messages involving Internal Comms team
Manages all IT deliverables according to the Vodafone policies and ensures the SOX compliancy.
Manages the VSSR related HW and SW configurations for the office IT systems
Handles the proactive maintenance of the office IT system. To provide problem management approach as well to ensure avoidance of recurring issues..
To prepare several kind of reports like SW licences, IT Assets, SR and INC tickets.
Provides support on the following professional areas: Video Conference devices, Telephony solution, Room Booking system, printing solutions.
To manage IT Asset purchases including SC, PO, GR and all related processes in collaboration with internal Sourcing Teams and external Vendors.

2-5 years-experience of working in an ITIS OperationsSupport team in multinational environment.
Fluent English knowledge
Good problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge at MS Windows based desktop server technologies (Windows7, 8, 10)
Basic knowledge on LANWANIP network technologies, protocols
Basic knowledge of some other industries: data centres, voice network (VoIP), Contact Center, Virtualization solutions
Good IT asset and technical competence
Familiarity with trouble ticketing approach and systems (esp. Remedy)
Systems and office IT (hardware and software) - advanced
Active Directory experience basic knowledge
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Well organized, priority oriented
Effective handling of multiple tasks
