University degree in a Computer Science, Telecommunications or other analytical University

System analysis

Project management skills would be an asset.

English language (fluent in both writing and speaking)

Analyzes the requests of automation received from business divisions solve them or transfer them to the appropriate area to be solved.

Prepares and coordinates business specifications in compliance with the standards imposed by the bank's security policy and its internal rules (including RPA standards), provide recommendations for RPA solutions

Documents and analyzes required information and data by testing all possible cases in the applications where the robotic automation is necessary

Ensures creation of test cases, initial UAT before Business as well as UAT coordination for Robotic process automation streams

Acts as single interface with all IT functions as well as business division.

Liaises with IT Business Analyst in pursuit of best solutions for automation of respective flows

Evaluates necessary IT developments required in the different systems where RPA is requested in order to reduce at maximum manual input

Coordinates all necessary IT infrastructure changes

Acts as interface for the change management process being informed by IT in case of changes in the system where RPA is integrated
