Pentru a avea succes în acest rol, vei avea nevoie de:
* Experienta în proiecte de recrutare ?i/sau training;
* Cunostinte de legislatia muncii;
* Cunostinte avansate de operare MS Office si de software specific activitatii departamentului resurse umane;
* Cunostinte de limba engleza,
* Capacitate de comunicare, flexibilitate, loialitate;
* Capacitate de gestionare a timpului si a prioritatilor;
* Proactivitate si orientare catre client;

Alatura-te echipei în rolul de HR Generalist ?i te vei ocupa de:
* Recrutarea si selec?ia personalul;
* Participarea la evenimente specifice de employer branding (târguri de joburi, workshop-uri);
* Întocmirea documentelor specifice administrarii de personal (încheiere / derulare / încetare contract de munca);
* Transmiterea catre autoritati a documentelor specific;
* Administrarea ?i actualizarea bazei de date a angajatilor privind datele personale si timpul de lucru;
* Integrarea noilor colegi si participarea activ la procesele de evaluare ?i dezvoltare a angajatilor;
* Monitorizarea si implementarea programelor de training ale colegilor.
