3+ years of previous recruiting experience (preferably in IT area)

Sourcing and identifying potential candidates in order to fill in the job orders through various channels
Builds strong and diverse pipelines of quality talent through creative sourcing techniques
Full life cycle recruiting: planning, candidate generation, phone-screens, interviews, candidate interview preparation, timely feedback, follow up, offering phase
Partner with delivery managers technical managers to define project needs and profile specifications, recruitment strategy and delivery plans, marketing, external and internal stakeholders
Collaborates with others on the HR team on initiatives andor hiring needs that may spike
Ensures the most positive experience for all candidate across all phases of the hiring process
Permanently update the internal database
Deliver on time and high-quality services to both internal and external customers
Keep up to date with trends in the Tech industry including recruitment resources techniques
