    -Degree or Certification in Finance/Accounting area;
    -2 years’ experience in a global FMCG company or in a similar dynamic environment;
    -English (spoken and written), operational level;
    -Good understanding of accounting policies and practices;
    -Good analytical skills (able to extract relevant business information from data sets provided);
    -Ability to implement financial knowledge and abilities in a real business environment;
    -Good command of group financial reporting systems (especially SAP Business Intelligence, SAP ECC and SAP Business Planning and Consolidation);
    -Good command of presentation, visualisation and automation tools adopted within the group;
    -Able to perform controls and identify risks.


    -Timely and accurate delivery of statutory and management reporting products. This includes the preparation, review of correction recommendations, investigation of material mismatches,
    -Responsible for designing, creating, implementation of high-quality analysis and reports in the field of Global Reporting KPIs and Data Quality Validations;
    -Performs analysis of financial information and of the proper implementation of IFRS standards and required internal accounting instructions in financial reports;
    -Identifies material mismatches based on the accepted business model;
    -Identify potential opportunities to improve existing KPIs (calculation method, analysis, change target, new metrics);
    -Perform Quality Checks on reporting products;
    -Monitor and analyse the performance results for all regions and ensure consistency & accuracy of data reported;
    -Provide results, insights and ad hoc analysis to EM and Service Lines, assessed and delivered in a timely manner;
    -Ensure a prompt collection of information from all Service Lines;
    -Provide ad-hoc support to TLs and Performance Reporting Manager and supports the analytics agenda within GBS;
    -Participates in continuous improvement initiatives with the goal of business simplification, automation and adopting better ways of working (including investigation of practices used by other companies in FMCG and beyond).
    -Looks for data insights that can add value and support business decisions.
