Iot Problem Management Support

Support Problem Management Team during  root cause analysis, coordination of final fix and preventive measures implementations. The objective is to minimize the number and severity of incidents and problems, detect root causes, provide solutions to problems and prevent their re-occurrence  

• Reactive Problem Management - when problem solving process is initiated after the occurrence of an incident, drive operational teams across multiple technology groups and customers for root cause investigation and preventive measures, including problem reports and meetings.
• Proactive Problem Management - when problem solving process is initiated before the occurrence of an incident and thereby prevent the same, drive any kind of analysis to prevent incidents with service impact before they occur and assure appropriate improvementactivities for all findings.

• Be pro active and act as a team player
• Be a stakeholder influencer
• Demonstrate the ability to understand restrictions and priorities, balance conflicting situations taking business and operational aspects into consideration
• Fluent English
• Availability to work on duty pattern and supportplanned activities out of business hours

• Number of issues caused by lacks  in supporting problem management.
• Full compliance to support model guidelines
• Core competencies, knowledge and experience
• Experience in operations of large scale IT/Network applications and services in multi-national environment
• Experience inmanaging 3rd parties to ensure services are delivered according to agreed SLA
• Knowledge in the area of IT/Networkdelivery projects from application operations point of view
