    • Assess changes before they are allowed to proceed to the next phase in their lifecycle
    • Ensurethat the best change implementation procedure is provided in term of minimum customer impact and lowest service impact risk.
    • Support delivery of operational and technical expertise to ensure changes can be efficiently integrated intothe existing ecosystem.
    • Support to provide Operational Impact Assessments for each change.
    • Support post Go Live operations until BAU status is achieved
    • Support creation of a consistent and rigorous framework for evaluating the risk profile
    • Provide good quality knowledge and information to expedite effective decisions about promoting changes
    • SPoC for changes where MDS support is required
    • Ensure that theintegrity of the live environment is protected
    Core competencies, knowledge and experience
    • Bepro active and act as a team player
    • Be a stakeholder influencer
    • Demonstratethe ability to understand restrictions and priorities, balance conflicting situations taking business and operational aspects into consideration
    • Fluent English
    • Verygood communication skills
    • Availability to work on duty pattern and support planned activities out of business hours
    Key performance indicators:
    • Number of issues caused by lacks  which were not identified before change implementations.
    • Full compliance to operating support model guidelines
    • Experience in operations of large scale IT/Network applications and services in multi-national environment
    • Knowledge in the area of IT/Network delivery projects from application operations point of view
