    Responsibilities

    Manages the agenda of General Manager;
    Manages the documents and the mail for the entire Office and for the General
    Manager;
    Organizes companys events and conferences;
    Writes and prepares reports, presentations and correspondence;
    Manages business meetings and colleagues' business traveling;
    Performs PC operating activities.
