Storage Support Team Leader

Very good knowledge on storage platforms including EMC Symmetrix, VNX and Clariion knowledge
EMC Celerra knowledge
Cisco SAN MDS Switch and Brocade SAN Switch knowledge
EMC DataDomain backup knowledge
ITIL knowledge
Understanding of IT-Service Management (example ISO20000)
High understanding of SOX regulationsHigh understanding of security regulations

Responsible to provide support and allocate proper resources for incidentchange requests problems in order to fulfil the SLA and report feedback to the Block Storage, IP Storage and Data Protection line managers
Perform trouble shooting and problem analysis leading to fault resolution. Identify root cause and provide customer feedback through appropriate channels
Support actively the ASTI Transformation program and refresh programmes to stabilize services and to reduce unexpected downtime risk and improve service performance
Review hardware software infrastructure to ensure availability as appropriate for Business Service Classes.
Act as a VSSR central point of contact for Block Storage, IP storage and Data Protection service owners
