Your day to day:

Given you will be validating that MDS is able to operate any new IoT release that is being deployed in staging/production you will need to ensure that the integrity of the live environment is protected. In short, you are the ideal candidate if you are comfortable with moving fast and adapting to fluid roadmaps and priorities.
What you need to do in order to succeed on this job:
• Be accountable for ensuring technical service level compliance for new services operated by MDS
• Be responsible to support delivery of operational and technical expertise for feasibilities, including delivery of cost estimations for application operations activities during service lifecycle, to ensure services can be efficiently integrated into the existing ecosystem
• Assess major changes, like the introduction of a new service or a substantial change to an existing service, before those changes are allowed to proceed to the next phase in their lifecycle
• Be the single point of contact (SPoC) for projects where MDS support is required and coordinates the interaction with MDS operation teams.
• Ensure that the integrity of the live environment is protected and that the correct components are released.
