Product Specialist

For our client, a leading global information and communications technology (ICT) solutions provider, we are looking for Product Specialist, within the e-Commerce Department.
The Product Specialist is responsible for working with Digital web infrastructure development team to develop and implement web site content, design and other company-owned web sites.

Basic Qualifications

BFABABS degree in Marketing, Communications or related field;
3-5 years relevant experience in working with web site marketing and communications;
Must be comfortable with HTML, CSS, and Java for site coding and editing;
At least a base level of comfort with design programs (e.g., Adobe PhotoShop or GIMP) to create and manipulate imagery for web sites.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble content and imagerydesign consistent with direction from project manager within existing templates and upload to the web site;
Assist with Graphicimage proper and personalization;
Managing content publishing, curating, tagging etc;
Welcoming new members to the platform;
Participating judiciously in new on-line discussions;
Reaching out to 3rd party influencers appropriately;
Communicating changes in policy, tools etc;
Understanding interests of community members.
