Graphic Designer wanted!

Oh, crop! We’re mi s sing a graphic designER! Curious or just irritated? ?

We’re looking for THE GRAPHIC DESIGNER to our Communication’s team!

He/ She should have:
- Adobe suite skills (pro level at Photoshop and Illustrator, and some skills of Premiere and InDesign will be of help);
- Good eye for details;
- Ability to drive energy and motivate through self-created images;
- Knowledge of online and offline trends;
- Design solutions to our visual problems!

Requirements

We want it WOW!

You have to be:
- passionate about design and social media trends,
- use the Adobe suite with originality to create memorable layouts,
- have the ability to work with the same enthusiasm for large brand identity projects as well as recurring projects like newsletters, banners, infographics, email content;
…and also:
- have > 3 years experience in graphic design (visual communication and visual identity campaigns).

Technical Skills/ Qualifications: Experience in design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, Illustrator/ Corel Draw, and InDesign).
Nice-to-have: Video editing skills in After Effects / Premiere.
Soft Skills: Team player with drive to participate in competitive projects, passion to create and innovate, and a marketing-oriented thinking;
Education: Studies in graphic design (nice-to-have) and/ or communications or marketing.

Main tasks
Your work will help us reach one common goal: to drive creative excellence!

Your tasks will be to:
- Create visuals for different types of projects and campaigns using Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and/ or InDesign).
- Understand client requirements and offer visual solutions to illustrate the message accordingly to the requirements and agreed outcome.
- Edit stock images, videos or other types of templates and vectors to create visual materials (illustrations, logos, layouts) that communicate the right message with the goal of inspiring and attracting the target audience.
- Create impressive and vibrant images or infographics using the right colors, text style, and shapes to create the layout.
- Design online and offline materials: newsletters, article openings, brochures, flyers, posters, social media visuals, website materials, advertising images, and all visuals for corporate communication and corporate identity.
- Research and generate ideas for communication challenges.
- Use resources delivered by colleagues or (can) generate own video/ photographic materials to serve the design mission.
- Search for new software solutions for design and illustrations.
