    Requirements

    Your Skills and Knowledge:

    o Fluent English speaker;
    o Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
    o Excellent customer service and problem solving skills and a drive for results.

    Responsibilities

    Your Day-To-Day:

    o Maximize resources Utilization profitability;
    o Managing staffing strategy;
    o Define Subcontractors Strategy and validate Subcontractors contracts;
    o Support PDM on people elevation;
    o Evaluates skills versus resources need;
    o Initiate drive escalation process; provide options and recommendations;
    o Ongoing Resource support timecard submission, information on assignments;
    o Keeps PMs CSMs TRN managers informed on the status of all open RR (Weekly call or email);
    o Collaborates with Consultants, PMs, CSMs, Training ManagersCoordinators, PDMs, Market Leads, ISU Leads, TS and Presales teams.
