    Requirements

    Key skills:
    - Agile mindset and practices
    - General IT education revolving around digital technologies (server, network, mobile devices, API a PubSub, data model, data base) and modern technical stack (Angular, Postgre, ...)
    - Knowledge of Tech architectures and Functional architectures
    - General knowledge around DevOps and CICD technologies (Docker, Kibana, Dynatrace, JIRA, Confluence, ...)
    - Autonomous and problem solver
    - Ability to coordinate Business and ISIT around Technical and Functional topics and actions
    - Ability to document process and solutions, reporting
    - English is a must
    - Synthetic and rigorous, ability to analyze and escalate obstacles
    - Conflict management.

    Responsibilities

    Project Deion:
    MyPack is a Packaging Management System (PMS) which provides a solution to calculate reusable packages needs for suppliers, send transport order and follow-up execution (expedition, delivery, inventories and alerting).
    MyPack is a new inhouse systems. Product is part of a larger Program Symphony which targets to renew all the Inbound Logistics solutions for our automotive client, worldwide (from parts transport, to plant warehouse management, parts synchronous delivery to production line).
    It is developed in Agile mode. Team is located in 2 places: France at Corp Office for most of Biz team, Romania at Pitesti office for IS team.
    System will be used by Corp users and Plant users on PC and mobile devices. It is also accessible on internet by Suppliers.
    Project was launched mid-2018 and is still in development. At this time (mid-2019) 2 plants are rolled out and few Suppliers. Target is to rollout on 20 Plants and 3000 Suppliers in 2020 mostly in Europe, then extend to other Regions and Alliance later.

    Responsibilities:
    - Product Portfolio defined and updated based on US in JIRA (with Product Owner)
    - Resources, budget and cost follow-up
    - Escalation schema defined (incl. SLA, process and related documents)
    - System monitoring and System Usage implemented with KPI
    - Reporting on ProgressIssuesRisksObstacles and main on-going actions including SteerCo preparation
    - Coordination organization within the Team (among Dev and Biz) based on Agile principles and ceremonies, and with external support in Renault Corp ISIT (Architecture, Monitoring, Incidents) or Nissan ISIT
    - Product Documentation managed in Product Confluence and related tools
    - Product support in Live environment (incident management and KPI)
    - Support on On-Call-Duty
    - Knowledge sharing on best practices within ISIT Departments
