Mandatory Skills:

Experience in administration of HP Service Manager application
Experience in creating reporting (possibly SAP Business Object or Spotfire)


Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience in AgileSCRUM

Advanced HP Service Manager administration experience
Managing applying upgrades
Management modification of the data model
Creating orchestrated reports
Monitoring the execution of reports
Supervision of other administrators
Experience in creating reporting (possibly SAP Business Object or Spotfire)
Making designing complex reports
