3+ years of ServiceNow administration configuration experience in an enterprise environment
Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and knowledge of the latest ServiceNow functions

Responsibilities:

Identification and improvement of requirements and workflows
Development of system integrations and process automation - fully utilizing platform workflow capabilities
Creating reports and dashboards in ServiceNow
Portfolio management for service improvement
Assistance with periodic security tests and audits. Integration of mass data, after verification
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow's core architecture and primary application modules, such as Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Request Asset and CMDB, Discovery, Knowledge and Self-Service Portal
Ability to deliver complex technical projects in a strict schedule
