    A qualification and strong skills in Finance and Accounting;
    Relevant experience in project management and process improvement;
    A good understanding of business processes and their impact in finance processes - experience in Retail area is a plus;
    The ability to work independently according to the set deadlines and have innovative approach and ability to grasp the big picture from a global perspective;
    Expertise (as a user) of SAP is an advantage;
    Good verbal and written English skills;
    Strong planning organisation skills, prioritisation and time management;
    A team-playing mindset and good interpersonal skills;
    The ability to understand and analyze complex problems.

    The Finance team supports Mega Image in realizing its ambition by offering a stable and sound financial environment, by running effective and efficient finance processes, with strong project and change management and by delivering relevant and insightful information and decision support. We enable the growth and success of Mega Image, while creating a caring community for our finance people, ensuring attractive benefits and continuously developing our skills and competencies.

    As the Mega Image Finance team, we are responsible for amongst others Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Finance Business Partnering, Business PlanningPerformance, Business Processes Management, NFR Sourcing and Risk Management Internal Control. We do this with a team of about 90 dedicated and enthusiastic finance professionals.

    Currently we have a great opening in our Business Process Management team, for a Finance Process Manager. The Business Processes Management team acts as an enabler of changes and continuous improvements across the organization, for all processes with a financial component.

    Business Process Management team has coordinated and delivered important projects at company level (SAP Retail, Indirect Procurement Vendor Invoice Management, SAP Plant Maintenance etc) and has also delivered optimization solutions in Finance department (Electronic invoices to Customers, Reverse factoring etc). And there are a lot of very interesting projects ahead of us. For this, we need you!

    As Finance Process Manager you will coordinate and play an active part in both day-to-day optimization projects and in large strategic projects for the company. You are both a Finance and a Project manager.

    Your role will be to:
    Analyze the processes carried out within the Finance department, challenging the status quo and proposing actions to optimize to improve quality and effectivenes;
    Analyze business processes and their impact in financial process and propose actions to improve end-to-end process flows and procedures;
    Ensure project management for the allocated projects from the initiation to execution and make sure that the objectives are achieved (time, resources, solutions, budget);
    Support and drive implementation of new IT systems and processes for the areas with impact on finance processes;
    Monitor the status of the Finance projects portofolio, identifying risks and blocking points and possible solutions;
    Support in post-implementation phase of new systems and modules in the Finance department, working closely with the business, IT department and consultants;
    Identify, test and evaluate under-utilised systems capabilities and functionality to support continuous improvement initiatives;
    Implement or support the implementation of the proposed solution within the established deadlines and parameters identifying together with IT or other involved parties (internal or external).
