The role is appropriate if you are interested in building a career in PMO or Portfolio Management. It is an medium-to-senior level role, where you will apply your PM and project monitoring and controlling knowledge. The role interacts with the Bucharest RCA domain lead, the PMO lead and the global RCA domain COO.rnrnRequired experience: previous PM or PMO experience, applied knowledge of PM concepts, big-picture approach (wiling to understand the strategy and chain of thoughts behind a task), good attention to details, good handling of large data basis, experience with excel, work well with tight deadlines, independent.

Resource Management:rn Single Point of Contact for the respective portfolio headcount reporting; prepare recurring headcount reports and cross-check with the DB official resource management systemsrn Keep track of hiring progress cross the open roles in the respective portfolio;rn Lead recurring meeting with the hiring managers to maintain hiring statusrn Act as subject matter expert on resource management; provide guidance to all stakeholders in the domain on the resource management processrn Provide input for efficiencies on the resource management processesrnReporting:rn Run recurring management reports (e.g. audit reports, overtime report, strategic management reports etc.)rn Manage the local Bucharest software project onboarding processrn Support training planning for the Bucharest teamrn Update and maintain portfolio sharepoint site
