Quality System Specialist - Manufacturing TSR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Plan and execute internal process audits according VDA 6.3
* Organize and monitor internal audits (layered, product, process, system), including action plans and statistics
* Perform internal line audits (layered audits)
* Monitor and improve the performance of internal audits
* Support for external audits preparation (certification and surveillance according IATF 16949)
* Support quality management system department in other processes

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* University degree;
* Knowledge of Automotive Quality standards (IATF 16949);
* Knowledge of VDA 6.3 and ISO 19011


* Knowledge in problem solving methodologies
* Experience in working in the electronics manufacturing industry is highly appreciated;
* Experience in working in the automotive industry is appreciated;
* Ability to train and coach colleagues from the production area related to quality;
* Very good communication, presentation and teamwork skills with a proven ability to deliver results;
* Advanced english knowledge.
