Accounts Payable Officer with Italian (Timisoara - 3 months)

Minimum secondary education
Knowledge of Italian - minimum level B1+
English on the communicative level
Very good knowledge of MS Office software
Knowledge of the ERP system (SAP) will be an advantage
The ability to think analytically and meet deadlines
Communication skills and very good work organization
Ability to work in a group and care for the quality of their own work
Availability to travel for 3 months to Italy

Coding, verifying and processing invoices according to policies and procedures
Active participation in projects improving the process
Contact with auditors/external parties and provision of information necessary for the audit
Participation in web/phone conferences with clients
Generating reports related to the status of supplier accounts
Maintaining email and phone contact with suppliers and client purchasing department
