    Our Customer Support Team must deliver fast, high quality and conversational support to clients from all over the world. As a Customer Support Agent you will be responsible for handling customer queries about the products and services the company offers. Regular company updates and information will be provided by your supervisor, but it will be your responsibility to ensure your knowledge is always up to date.
    Our Customer Support Agents need to be dynamic problem solvers. Being able to interpret and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner is critical for this position. If you think you're a 'people whisperer' then we definitely want to talk to you!

    Responsabilitati

    Our Customer Support Team must deliver fast, high quality and conversational support to clients from all over the world. As a Customer Support Agent you will be responsible for handling customer queries about the products and services the company offers. Regular company updates and information will be provided by your supervisor, but it will be your responsibility to ensure your knowledge is always up to date.

    • Able to troubleshoot, interpret information and find solutions to difficult problems;
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    • Able to operate in a high pressured environment;
    • Fluent in any or all of the following languages; English, Spanish, Russian;
    • Previous experience in a customer support field would be a significant advantage
