Back Office Specialist

Minimum 3 years experience in working in a back-office department;
Bachelor's degree;
Good knowledge of English, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Problem solving skills;
Flexibility.

Process the customers (corporate individual) requests;
Perform specific actions to administer group portfolio using dedicated administration systems;
Perform payments reconciliation process for a part of Telemarketing customers;
Develop operational procedures in line with current flows and processes;
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing friendly and professional service;
Deliver high quality support and service to internal and external clients (financial institutions, call centres, individual customers);
Focus to automate or simplify the operational processes.
