Component Administrator

Introduction

As a Component Administrator you will be responsible for supporting all projects handled in Bucharest including ordering, distribution, inventory and software update (flashing). You are driven to high-quality deliverables and like taking initiative.

Your tasks & responsibilities

We’re looking for someone who owns it and takes it to the next level not just someone that wants a job.

Good knowledge of SAP & ordering process & supplier handling – You will participate in production planning for different component samples together with the project PMs and Team lead. You will initiate and supervise the procurement of components and needed parts, create and complete customer functional tests, if necessary, and support distribution of samples and neighbor components for all projects in Bucharest and, of course, you will maintain the component inventory database.  

Basic Linux commands & Embedded software knowledge is a plus – You will support software update (final flash) for head units, you will support software update for neighbor components and track the ordering process for parts and also support distribution of test benches.  


Your skills

As an ideal candidate you are a highly organized person with good multitasking and communication skills. Excellent task and time management is a must.  

Still, if you have at least 2 years of experience in ordering, distribution, inventory and software update (flashing, this would be a plus), we will help you figure out the rest!
