    Right set of skills? What skills are we talking about?

    So, we set down and thought about the most important skills that someone should have in order to be successful in the recruitment industry and here they are:

    • 3 years of prior experience within the recruitment industry would be ideal
    • Motivation – Probably the most important aspect (being able to see through difficult situations and keep on going)
    • Resilience – Probably as important as motivation (the ability of keeping a positive attitude and have an “Out of the box” mentality)
    • A clear set of goals – Definitely the most important 😏. As Brian Tercy wise said once “Set a goal that makes you want to jump out of the bed in the morning”. Check him out btw!
    • Oh yes almost forgot… English is a must!

    Responsabilitati

    How does a normal day look like?
    • Identifying candidates on different job platforms. (Headhunting)
    • Meeting with candidates in order to assess if they are a good fit for a job. (Matching requirements)
    • Writing adverts for various Job Descriptions (fun stuff!)
    • Managing end-to-end processes both from a client and candidate perspective
