Commercial Planning Specialist

Previous experience in Commercial Planning;
Minimum 2 years in activities specific to the electricity supply sector;
Bachelor Degree;
Advanced PC level: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
Knowledge of Microsoft Access and / or VBA is an asset;
English - advanced level;
Analysis and synthesis capacity;
Ability to plan and organize;
Time management, stress resistance;
Managing multiple tasks;
Flexibility in adapting to a dynamic and continually changing work environment;
Attention to detail and the quality standard delivered.

Here is a typical day/week snapshot:

Manages internal or external marketing projects to support Product Development
Collecting and consolidating information, preparing reports and analyzes specific to commercial planning activity;
Proposes specific indicators to monitor sales activity, supports management in decision-making on sales strategy;
Collecting and centralizing information about the competition;
Contributes to the preparation of the sales channel plan by dividing the macro-targets into sales channel specific objectives;
Participate in the preparation of sales forecasts on sales channels;
Monitor the activity of sales channels;
Prepare reports and analyzes according to the reporting calendar;
Calculates the percentage of goals for sales channels.
