    The FastTrack Engineers are responsible for the technical aspects of onboarding customers and partners which includes providing proactive guidance and remediation assistance.


    The onboarding engineer will have to engage customers that purchased Microsoft 365 (Windows 10, Office 365, the Enterprise Mobility and Security (EM+S)), assess their environment, network, software to identify the actions needed for a smooth and quick cloud onboarding, migrate to Windows 10/Offiice Pro Plus, to  provide proactive guidance and remediation assistance.

    Responsibilities:

    Execute, manage and lead a set of M365 customers and partners through the onboarding or upgrade/migrate technical process.
    Maintain strong working knowledge of the services, take ownership for service improvement.
    Manage customer and partner onboarding/upgrade programs within expected timeframes while continually driving increased effectiveness and thus reducing costs.
    Share knowledge with others through solution documents, contribute to social media, engage in technical communities.
    Identify and drive technical improvements to the services or processes that will materially improve the quality of the services provided.

    Responsibilities

    Required experience :

    4-5 years of Customer Support and / or Consulting Services experience.
    Ability to communicate effectively with corporate customers, possess an understanding of the onboarding process and demonstrate a vision for the future of Microsoft 365 solution.
    Excellent customer service skills, proven ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations involving the most critical and politically charged customer situations.
    Fluency in English


    Recommended Experience:

    Knowledge of enabling and configuring Office 365 services
    Preffered hands-on experience deploying, configuring and administering Windows 10 devices ideally in large organizations of more than 1,000 managed devices/users
    Preffered hands-on experience managing System Center Configuration Manager ideally in large organizations of more than 1,000 managed devices/users
    Knowledge of Active Directory, AADP, ADFS, Microsoft Intune.
    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience



    Useful Background For This Role:

    Knowledge of deploying, configuring and administering features of Azure AD and Azure AD Premium
    French/German language skills is a plus
    Technical understanding of the following services/infrastructures:
    Certificate Authority providers/Public Key Infrastructures
    WiFi infrastructures
    VPN infrastructures
