Good Excel knowledge
Advanced English language skills;
Familiar with PowerPoint and Word functions;
Analytical thinking, organized, attention to details;
Ability to work with large amount of information;
Excellent communication skills, easily getting adapted to different tasks and environments.
Ability to take initiative and autonomously handle tasks
1-2 years of professional experience in a sales support role is prefered
Prospect/client calls preparation: prepare the schedule, manage the client database, prepare introductory information, schedule the calls
Maintains business documentation up-to-date: contracts, orders, invoices
Research to acquire client information (use the social business-related platforms - LinkedIn, Xing, etc.)
Understand customer needs and requirements
Maintain accurate information in our tracking tools
Sales and acquisition support activities on demand
