• Detailed knowledge of IT standards, processes and architecture for the Data Center focusing on infrastructure configuration management
• Strong knowledge in at least two of the following areas: Infrastructure architecture and Windows / * nix / VMWare system administration
• Structured knowledge and practical experience in statistics, data analysis, modelling, reporting and presentation
• Detailed understanding of Data Analysis, Business Statistics
• Advanced knowledge of English

• Defining and maintaining the data model for the CMDB and the strategy for discovering its components.
• At the same time, the proper assurance with the management processes of the assembly and software change to guarantee the complete and exact character of the data.
• Analysis of CMDB data, identification of gaps, errors or inconsistencies in the information uploaded, monitoring the availability and accuracy of the tool for discovering the elements of infrastructure and data flow in CMDB.
• Construction and delivery of predefined and ad hoc Configuration Management Plans and Reports, including the details of the defined software configuration elements and the integration of additional, relevant data sources.
