    Cerinte

    Expected experience and knowledge:

    Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering
    Leader with management experience of at least 5 years, of at least 3 teams (30+ employees)
    Experience with build development teams from the beginning
    Ability to write high-performance, maintainable, reusable code
    Knowledge and experience of more than 5 years with Java/Scala and JS
    Experience in Agile and Atlassian suite
    Knowledge and understanding of End-2-End systems including, Specs, Dev, QA, DevOps
    Knowledge and experience with: BigData, Spark or other
    Knowledge and experience with no-SQL DB like Elastichsearch, Mongo
    Knowledge and experience with: Docker, Kubernetes
    Knowledge and understanding of Cloud systems like AWS
    Proficient in a Unix/Linux environment
    Advantage – Background in Machine Learning, NLP or related field
    Deep understanding of Cyber Security domain

    Responsabilitati

    Development management:

    Establish from scratch the development teams required
    Leads development projects within the Group
    Be the Cyber guru of the team
    Be the technology ole model with coding hands-on ability that can be example for other team members to accomplish various jobs and to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced R&D and lab/testing environment.
    Cooperates closely with Product Owners to assure development focus and target delivery; co-develops product roadmaps
    Encourages “best-practice” sharing through the participation and promotion of meetings, newsletters, knowledge sharing programs and all other initiatives
    Ensures proper risk management
    Improves the achievements of his group
    Promotes a culture of quality (zero defects approach) in his teams
    Manages and prioritizes the team’s tasks, while balancing business thinking with the team’s needs
    Lead continuous improvement in process and engineering practices on the company level
    Support and empower team growth in becoming a Scrum self-organized team, capable of execution according to plan and meeting commitments
    Effective collaboration with other groups and departments: TPO, Engineers, Architects, Dev, Stakeholders etc.
    Technology leadership – Passion for best practices, re-use, knowledge sharing
    Facilitate product technology innovation and improvement of engineering practices
    People management:

    Defines challenging goals for himself and his group
    Helps his/her employees in getting the best out of themselves. Encourages autonomy and independence of the employees
    Runs performance management and performance improvement processes within the group
    Is Involved in the professional activity and invests in developing the team: Directs, educates, brings about process improvements and specialization
    Takes full accountability for the continuous improvement of his group
    Committed and accountable for the professional development of his group members
    Coaches and supports his employees
    Invests in team building and motivation within the group
    Help the team to identify and resolve risks and impediments, resolve bottlenecks and conflicts
    Set and meet the performances by KPIs
