    Relevant experience of 3-4 years in a corporate environment;
    University degree and law licence are mandatory;
    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English;
    Capacity to mediate the conflictual situations with the clients;
    Ability to work independent;
    Attention to details.


    Preparing, advising, and countering legal acts, verifying the identity of the parties, the content of the documents concluded concerning the company;
    Drafting and reviewing contracts related to the daily activity of the company, such as contracts with suppliers, and renting contracts for the locations where the company conducts its activity;
    Providing support and legal opinions to the company’s departments in obtaining all the permits and authorizations;
    Proposing legal solutions for the debt recovery;
    Fulfilling the formalities stipulated by the law regarding Trade Registry, Appointment of Administrators etc.;
    Drafting of the corresponding decisions;
    Analyzing work contracts between the company and employees and proposing solutions for the smooth running of the activity;
    Analyzing and approving all the documents provided by the other departments and providing legal advice on the topics covered;
    Updating the information of the new legislative changes and making it available within the company;
    Solving legal claims;
    Representing the company in relation with the Romanian authorities;
    Keeping the relation with the external lawyers.
