    Cerinte

    In order to be able to achieve all of this you need to have:

    ➣ Minimum 5 years’ experience in working in (insurance) operations area;
    ➣ Ability to analyze data, interpret the results and make recommendations;
    ➣ Ability to focus on problem solving;
    ➣ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
    ➣ Time management skills and capacity to identify priorities;
    ➣ Flexibility and capacity to easily switch between diverse tasks/projects;
    ➣ Good knowledge of English, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word;
    ➣ University degree.

    Responsabilitati

    For our client, we are looking for a CPOS Senior, with experience working in insurance.

    In this role, you will:

    ➣ Be responsible for the operational implementation of group insurance projects, taking part in negotiations with corporate partners and contractual framework development;
    ➣ Participates in operational analyses and studies, conducts trend analysis, prepares recommendations to management;
    ➣ Prepare group projects technical specifications and assist development team during the implementation phase;
    ➣ Lead testing phase and deliver necessary documentation and support to colleagues, part of implementation team;
    ➣ Administer group insurance contracts in dedicated administration systems;
    ➣ Perform control and audit activities related to department activity;
    ➣ Identify and adjust the department’s operational processes and group contractual provisions in line with regulatory &compliance changes;
    ➣ Identify possible risks associated with the departments output and deliver solutions that will mitigate effectively those risks;
    ➣ Be responsible for resolving complex or escalated issues, explains processes, resolves issues;
    ➣ Offer support for business stakeholders and partners;
    ➣ Recommend solutions to automate or simplify the operational processes;
    ➣ Conduct training sessions in in order to provide business associates with business knowledge for administration of group insurance;
