Graduate in any discipline
Ability to effectively communicate with English
Intermediate computer skills, general understanding of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
A self-starter who works well independently and with others
A detail-oriented person who is able to identify precise details from pictures, reports, or diagrams; a person who takes pride in achieving high quality and throughput targets.

Perform clip review and scoring functions in accordance with client training program, policies and procedures
Escalate questions/concerns/issues related to particular clip scoring or interpretation of events to BPO QA or BPO supervision for clarification
May be requested to participate in the evaluation of new processes and features and to provide feedback
Ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information critical to fulfilling the organization’s business functions.
