What you’ll need to be successful:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server / Hypervisor / Microsoft Windows OS / Microsoft Office
• Experience with MDT (Microsoft Deployment Tool) and VmWare/Hyperv
• Basic IP Networking
• Windows 7/8/10, Office 2013-2019
• Ability to focus on clients’ needs
• Good English skills (spoken and written)
• Strong attention to details and a sense of urgency
• The ability and interest in quickly learning new technologies

What you’ll be doing:

• Be responsible for monitoring, follow-up, solving and escalation of the technical tickets according with the existing procedures
• Be responsible for the network monitoring activities and escalation of the problems to the appropriate persons
• Ensure IT technical support - the point of contact for any IT technical issue in the company
• Install servers, network equipment, laptops, printers and other IT devices
• Test Windows updates and solve incompatibilities
• Keep up to date the antivirus server and clients, define and monitor periodic scans, create periodic reports
• Ensure that operations and equipment are in compliance with applicable policies, procedures and rules
