What you must have:
o Experience in installation, configuration, administration of Tableau Server applications;
o General knowledge of working with the Linux operating system;
o Monitoring, documentation and installation skills on DEV, TEST, PREPROD, PROD;
o Tableau Server Start / Stop services knowledge;
o Knowledge of troubleshooting in case of incidents (verifying logical applications, checking connectivity);
o General knowledge of monitoring process performance, backups, logging Tableau Server;
o Previous experience in setting up and configuring Tableau Server;
o Patch installation/application upgrade knowledge;
o Minimum 3 years of experience in installing, configuring and managing applications;
o General knowledge of working with Unix operating systems (Linux, IBM AIX, Sun Solaris), Microsoft Windows;
o General knowledge of Oracle database, Microsoft SQL Server;
o General knowledge of BI tools (SAS is an advantage);
o General knowledge of working with ETL tools;
o General knowledge of IBM WebSphere and IBM MQ, Weblogic middleware;
o General knowledge of shell scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Batch);
o General knowledge of software architectures and hardware infrastructure elements;
o General networking knowledge;
o Experience in using server and application monitoring tools (preferably BMC Patrol, Microsoft SCOM and Oracle Grid);
o Experience in using automation tools;
o General knowledge of ITIL methodology focusing on change management, incident and problem management processes.

What you will do:

o Manage, monitor, install new releases, and provide technical support for applications in the Financial Markets;
o Monitor the indicators of the application portfolio in the perimeter of activity and ensure the regularity of their publication in the form of reports or scoreboards;
o Ensure the alignment of managed application portfolio performance indicators and alert thresholds in line with the current needs, both in terms of infrastructure and application systems hosted on such platforms;
o Intervene with immediate corrections (temporary workaround or final solutions) in situations of incident or destabilization of the indicators;
o Determine the main cause and coordinate the application and documentation of the resolving actions to minimize the impact on the business level;
o Ensure the installation/commissioning of new application platforms/services or corrective/evolutionary changes related to them;
o Propose and implement process automation solutions for portfolio applications;
o Initiate and track charts of anomaly and requests for technical evolution to make corrections or adjustments of the solution;
o Draw up the detail plan and execute the operations for rollover/rebound test Production - DRC (disaster recovery) for the applied application portfolio;
o Elaborate monitoring, operation and support level 1 for IT flow supervisors (OPE / SHM) and provide training for them.
