    What you must have:
    o Bachelor's degree or higher;
    o At least average level skills in one SQL flavor (T-SQL/ PL-SQL/ DB2 SQL etc.);
    o Experience with UML, Soap & Restful Web Services, HTTP protocol;
    o 3+ years’ experience in business & system analysis;
    o Structured, analytical thinking, solution-oriented and innovation-oriented mindset;
    o Familiarity with application server, integration and database technologies;
    o Experience working on large projects as well as regular changes;
    o Good presentation skills;
    o Ability to easily and clearly communicate with business and IT colleagues;
    o Ability to create good work relations based on trust and responsibility;
    o Team player attitude with a desire to learn and progress;
    o Previous working experience with any agile methodology;
    o Good written and verbal communication skills;
    o Spoken and written English proficiency.
    Would be a plus:
    o Experience with banking software specifics (administration, processes, products).


    o Interact with business lines to clarify business requirements;
    o Assess feasibility, benefits and risks and provide opinions/recommendations;
    o Analyze impact of business requirements on the existing systems and overall IT environment;
    o Provide effort estimates for the analysis work;
    o Participate in daily scrum with the team to help ensure that work in progress will meet requirement goals;
    o Transform business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements;
    o Participate in the solution design, support development and testing;
    o Maintain specifications up to date throughout the project, operating the approved changes;
    o Provide post-implementation support to system administrators during stabilization and afterwards as 3rd line of support;
    o Provide functional and gap analysis in application acquisition (RfPs);
    o Document specific requirements and participate in the evaluation process.
