    Cerinte

    English proficiency both spoken and written;
    Strong computer skills, the ability to operate multiple applications and platforms at a time;
    Analytical thinking and multitasking skills;
    Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills;
    Can-do personality, creative and committed to improve oneself and continuously learn;
    Previous work experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.

    Responsabilitati

    For our client, one of the most important HVAC accessories producers, we are looking for Customer Support Specialists.

    Maintaining telephone interaction with customers in order to identify problems and find appropriate solutions;
    Receiving, registering and filing all internal complaints;
    Providing the information requested by the clients (general and personalized);
    Transmitting complaints to involved parties for the settlement of the solutions;
    Assuring customer retention and actively manage complaints.
