    Cerinte

    - Students/ graduates in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics
    - Passionate about numbers and attention to details
    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with teams of diverse backgrounds
    - Ability to organize, plan and adjust to rapidly changing work responsibilities and manage multiple tasks independently to achieve desired business results
    - Computer skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel Word, Outlook)
    - Good English skills: minimum B1

    Responsabilitati

    - Working with a team of accounting professionals, assisting in various finance/administrative activities;
    - Preparing the files for the requests addressed to the Financial/Fiscal Authorities;
    - Booking basic transactions in SAP – both from Romanian and US GAAP perspective;
    - Working with employees towards gathering documentation and approvals for business expenses (company cards and expense reports);
    - Performs administrative tasks on request, including submission of different documentation with Tax Authorities;
    - Executing specific administrative activities such as: scanning and archiving accounting documentation (invoices, expense reports etc.);
    Work schedule: full time job - Monday – Friday, from 9am – 6pm, with 1h lunch break
    The working contract is for one year determined period but with the possibility of extension.
