We are building a team of 150 headhunters in Bucharest, replicating our success from Prague and London. This means that we will invest heavily our employees development, helping them build great careers up to including Director level.
You will cover Swiss market, using daily your French and English skills. This means that you will negotiate fees related to Western European salaries, out of which you will get a direct percentage as a commission (10-40%), on top of a competitive base salary. This is a great opportunity to build salaries comparable with those in Zurich or London, while staying in your own country.
You don't need any background in the Pharmaceutical field or in recruitment, because you will be trained fully in this regard within our award-winning training program.
