    Responsabilitati

    Job Overview:
    Act as Receptionist of the Bank;
    Act as Office manager of the Bank;
    Act as General Secretary of the Bank;
    Act as Personal Assistant of the Senior Management.

    Qualifications:
    Relevant education is expected (office management, general secretary, etc.); diplom is preferred;
    3-5 years relevant experience, preferably in business sector/law firm but also the profiles with no experience are also more than welcome;
    Fluent Chinese, English and Romanian language;
    Driving licence and driving experience is expected;
    Understanding of chinese culture, cultural differences is a strong advantage (education, living in China, working experience with other chinese company);
    Capacity for multitasking;
    Ability to organize work, plan and meet deadlines,
    „Can-do” attitude, able to work under high pressure with tight deadlines;
    Proper, well-mannered behaviour, professional and decorative appearence is expected.

    Responsibilities and Duties:
    Provide administration support on a daily business;
    Responsible for proper and secure handling of customers and visitors at the Bank by following the given in-house regulations;
    Ensure proper hospitality to customers and visitors, ensure that necessary items/materials are available, keep meeting rooms in proper condition;
    Provide support in facility management issues; keep contact with external service providers;
    take control of the inventory of office equipments, ensure timely orders, control the prices and the delivered items;
    Manage car pool, keep contact with service providers;
    Administrative support to all business departments;
    Provide assistance in collecting necessary documents for payroll; manage holiday requests; attendance sheets;
    Expat management: keep contact with external service provider in expat management issues, provide assistance to expatriates if they need help;
    Frequent event organisation; acting as host of the event;
    Fulfilling other tasks as allocated by the superiors.
