Test Design Engineer, Location: Oradea

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

- A minimum of a Bachelor`s degree in Engineering is required
- Two or three years of related experience is required
- Supports the Lean culture and effectively utilizes Lean Sigma concepts and tools to identify and eliminate waste while improving processes
- Occasional travel may be required to meet the needs of the business (estimated <10%)
- Advanced English language skills

Technologies/tools used:
- Lab test/measurement equipment, TestStand, Labview

- Develops engineering/ product concepts that are high-quality, cost-appropriate and satisfy the customer`s requirements while establishing an area of technical specialty and mentor other on the team
- Utilizes appropriate tools and equipment to perform necessary design work including design creation, design analysis, and design verification
- Demonstrates skill in multiple phases of the full product realization process, as it applies to their role
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently within at least one phase of the Product Realization Process, without direction from mentors or functional management
- Produces comprehensive project documentation in accordance with the quality and change management procedures and guidelines
