    Requirements

    WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
    Required:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance or related field
    • Working knowledge of HR strategy, philosophy and principles
    • English language proficiency
    • Flexible, problem solving approach and strong team player
    • Attention to detail and good analytical skills
    • Strong customer focus
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
    Preferred:
    • Experience of reward administration or reward management
    • Experience at large multi-national consumer packaged goods company
    • Experience with HR Software, in particular Success Factors
    • Experience working to service level agreements in a customer driven environment

    Responsibilities

    WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

    You will coordinate and/or support end-to-end benefit renewals (data analysis, customer satisfaction, negotiation). You will manage ad-hoc requests related to reward ensure effective resolution and support the benefits, recognition and pension processes, as well as the implementation and communication of new/updated programmes, guided by GBS specialists.

    Assisting with the analysis of external trends, insights, and best practices, you will support vendor selection and review requirements. You will complete Job Evaluation activities and provide administrative support to the process, ensuring rationales and records are accurate and kept up to date. Act as liaison between Rewards and generalists department for business as usual and project-related topics in the Benefits and Recognition space.

    Assisting in the development of Reward policies, you will ensure they are in line with risk, legislative and Global standards so that they are fit for purpose. You will analyse, report benefit data, and make recommendations to the local organisations based on the findings. You will keep abreast of legislative changes across Europe and share with the business the news and implications to respective processes.
