    At least one year of proven experience in a similar or in administrative support roles;
    Professional level verbal and written communication skills;
    In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite;
    Ability to organise a daily workload by priorities;
    Being a problem solving with strong decision making skills;
    Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.


    Maintaining executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel;
    Organising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office;
    Producing information by formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics;
    Performing office duties that include ordering supplies;
    Guiding visitors and managing meeting rooms;
    Maintaining supplies by keeping the table with the records for the work clothes for the factory employees;
    Providing general administrative support.
