    You'll have...

    Graduate of higher education;
    Experience in the field of market research;
    Experience in a similar position;
    Communication and teamwork skills;
    Good planning, organization and coordination skills;
    PC operation;
    Knowledge of English is an advantage;
    Attention to details, activates and flexibilities


    You'll be...

    Responsible for organizing the activity of collecting data from the field for Quantitative Research projects.

    Responsible for the projects managed, in order to respect the timing and the budget;
    Establishes the project meeting;
    Analyzes the survey before the project meeting to identify the errors (grammatical, structure, content) and notifies them any errors in the mail, to Researcher;
    Participates in the project meeting together with representatives of the other departments involved;
    Processes / verifies the sample and sends it by email to area coordinators for the allocation of the operators in the country, together with the brief on the project and allocates the field operators for Bucharest;
    Maintains the relationship with the area coordinators for establishing the way of the project (involved providers, receiving packages, finalizing field operations);
    Performs the training of the field operators in Bucharest based on the instructions specific to each questionnaire;
    Organizes pilot surveys (find respondents, conduct pilot interviews or instruct an operator to hold them);
    Performs the reception of surveys
    Verifies the sampling, correctness and completeness of the received / transposed surveys;
    Prepares the final field report at the client's request;
    Solve problems that appear on the project.
