Technical skills and requirements :

Minimum 3+ years hands-on Java development
Technologies: Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Data Rest, Spring Security
JEE 7 Technologies: (CDI,EJB,JPA,JTA,JCA,JTA,JMS,JAXB,Servlet,JSP,JSF,JAX-WS,JAX-RS)
Knowledge of Microservices development, Docker, Kubernetes would be a plus
Methodologies: Agile
Experience in banking / financial sector in IT would be a plus
Tools : Git,, Svn, Maven, Jira
DB Knowledge: Oracle, MySQL, PostGreSQL
Education and soft skills:

Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
Knowledge of English language – advanced level, French language would be a plus
Balanced, determined, solution oriented and passionate about programming
Analytical skills and good communication skills
Ability to openly present the ideas
Independent, self-motivated, with customer focus and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proactive, flexible approach
Understanding business objectives and deadlines
Experience with the full software development lifecycle of web applications

Responsibilities:

Provide design and implementation support on both new and existing custom development efforts
Communicate with technical staff and various business clients to aide in the gathering of new requirements and to identify the root cause of application issues
Estimates tasks accurately
Takes on new unfamiliar tasks
Decomposes user stories into tasks
Swarms with other scrum team members
Provides timely status to the team
Participates actively in the team
