 University degree in business, product management, IT, and 5+ years of work experience
 Excellent Microsoft 365 skills.
 Agile and flexible with changing priorities and business needs and in working with diverse teams and people
 Excellent problem-solving skills – able to identify, analyze and propose solutions to various technical and business issues
 Strong analytical skills - must be able to assemble and interpret data and deliver business insights
 Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, “self-starter” environment serving as a catalyst for change and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
 Exhibit professional initiative and entrepreneurial drive

 Lead a global IT team of product owners, technology leads and managed service vendors to deliver the engineering and non-engineering user experience roadmap that allows for increased productivity and security within the NXP workforce.
 Build the product roadmap and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives for Microsoft Windows normal secure, secure and virtual desktop infrastructure platforms using Azure and Citrix that are used by global employees and engineers.
 Maintain the product backlog, with detailed, actionable, and prioritized epics, features, and user stories and acceptance criteria
 Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology and vendors to ensure alignment by balancing competing interests and needs across the organization to arrive at a clear vision, communicating effectively and aligning various partners along the way
 Define and create an intake process for stakeholders that captures, evaluates and prioritizes all proposed ideas for projects, products, services, and enhancements for assigned area.
 Responsibility for operating and capital budget required for operational excellence and achieving the team roadmap.
