    Requirements

    The Junior HR Analyst will be responsible of ensuring the specific data analysis of the business processes, in support of all the HR functions. This includes day-to-day Human Resources analytics across multiple platforms, support initiatives and processes, as well as performing HR personnel administration activities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage upgrades, implementations, user interfaces & testing for new or existing systems and applications;
    • Develop and monitor dashboards, metrics, data lists and automated data feeds and reporting;
    • Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities and assess automation feasibility;
    • Evaluate process inefficiencies and provide recommendations on new or existing tools to improve HR related processes;
    • Troubleshooting, analyzing technical issues, and correcting specific problems and deficiencies;
    • Deliver both regular and ad hoc reporting. Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques;
    • Develop alerts and extract the available data to create standard re-occurring and ad-hoc reports. Use scheduling to automate delivery of periodic reporting to eliminate manual report writing;
    • Develop integrated communication plans for project implementation, organizational announcements and business updates for HR related processes;
    • Continuous development & maintenance of the HR Database;
    • Manage personnel administration activities (the specific flow of documents required by law or internal procedures);
    • Implement correctly the provisions of the individual labor contract and the collective labor agreements;
    • Create procedures and working instructions; Cross train and provide back-up coverage to other HR team members when needed;
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Human Resources, Statistics, Informatics, or equivalent experience;
    • Ability to understand the business process, passionate about out-of-the-box ideas and standing out from the average solutions;
    • Extensive learning abilities, curiosity and a strong drive for personal and professional improvement;
    • Fast thinking, strong customer inclination, innovation sense and a quality-of-work orientation; 
    • Ability to professionally manage confidential data;
    • Good to have: presentation skills in PowerPoint; reporting skills in Excel; advanced formal and informal communication, both speaking and writing, in Romanian and English; HRIS systems, reporting and data analytics experience
