•Education: High school/ University graduate ( economic studies represent an advantage )
•Professional experience: Basic accounting knowledge, especially Accounts Payable - represents an advantage; Basic MS Office knowledge; Basic SAP FI knowledge;
•Languages: English & Italian (intermediate/advanced in both written and spoken );
•Basic personal skills: Attention to details, ability to work independently and under pressure, customer and result oriented, proactive, positive attitude, open to collaborate, willing to learn.

We need a colleague in the Accounts Payable Italy Team to sustain the following recurring activities:
•Registering invoices in SAP according with the standard procedures;
•Handle Vendor Master Data requests;
•Accounts reconciliations;
•Daily reports and in any needed occasion;
•Complies with the working procedures and related internal controls;
•Performs other specific Accounts Payable activities as requested by the Team Leader;
•Performs corrections whenever needed;
•Maintain good relationship with the Italian Business and with the colleagues;
•Participate to Team meetings, workshops, trainings;
•Show positive attitude and resistance to stress;
•Embrace change and openess to digitalisation.
