    AIESEC este o organizatie studenteasca existenta la nivel global, structurata ca o platforma de oportunitati pentru tineri, care isi desfasoara activitatea in 126 de tari si teritorii, si in peste 1000 de centre universitare. In acest scop, membrii ei lucreaza pe arii precum Resurse Umane, Finante, Marketing sau Vanzari, au sansa de a coordona echipe, de a crea proiecte si de a face stagii de voluntariat sau internship-uri profesionale în oricare din tarile in care AIESEC este prezent. Organizatia exista in Romania din anul 1990, infiintandu-se in Bucuresti iar mai apoi deschizand alte 15 comitete locale in alte 13 orase din Romania, si anume in Arad, Brasov, Constanta, Cluj, Craiova, Galati, Iasi, Oradea, Pitesti, Sibiu, Suceava, Targu-Mures, Timisoara.

    The first point of contact for Fuels & Lubricants (F&L) customers, responsible for managing customer relations and accounts, orders, general inquiries, and complaints, through cooperation with Supply and Distribution, Sales and other F&L functions. Additionally, the Dedicated Customer Professional focuses on continuous improvements through the use of processes and systems (on-line).

    Act as a central point for all relevant functions, such as supply chain, logistics, etc.

    Be responsible for your customer portfolio from order placement until the delivery has been made

    Support and troubleshoot mainly logistic issues of your customers

    Build strong relationships with your own portfolio of customers

    Active communication with different departments (Customers, Sales, Sales Operations..)

    Use systems like SAP and CRM on a daily basis

    Use email as the primary way of communication with customers

    Meet your customers occasionally

    Participate in regular training and team meetings

    Possibility of being involved in various company projects

    This opportunity is organized by AIESEC and you will receive support from AIESEC in Romania branch as well as AIESEC in Czech Rep.

    Salary is of 1400 Euro
    AIESEC will provide you support such as: application support, arrival pickup, accommodation support, leadership development seminar and cultural integration activities.
