-You graduated or you are presently enrolled in a undergraduate or postgraduate program Finance, Business Administration or Accounting (preferably);
- You have strong analytical and numerical skills that put you at ease with financial data;
- You are a proven team player with the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities;
- You are results-driven and perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines;
- You articulate complex ideas simply and summarize them effectively; ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages is an advantage;
- You possess superior computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Desk Research, etc.);

-Gathering and synthesizing financial and operating information about companies and industries;
- Gathering market data to analyze trends and help value and price transactions;
- Drafting presentations and other documents for a wider audience within the Firm and the financial services industry;
- Preparing precedent transactions and comparable company analysis;
- Preparing pitch books.
