- 5 years of experience as a lead or senior in QA
- Prior experience in applications development
- You should be a person who is described by others as smart, hard-working, reliable and flexible - and a pleasure to work with

Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
- Identify, record and track bugs
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Hire, manage and mentor additional QA members as needed
